三、申报条件

• 高校或研究院所博士二年级及以上在读学生 

• 具备用英文做学术汇报的能力 

• 研究课题在以下领域之一：电气与电子工程、计算机科学与软件工程、商学、公共健康、环境科学、数学科学、生物科学、化学、城市规划与设计、土木工程、工业设计、建筑学、英语文化与传播、中国研究、国际关系、教育学

ELIGIBILITY

• Currently registered PhD students of Year 2 or above who are able to present their research in English

• The presented research falls into one of the following disciplines: Architecture;Biological Sciences; Business; Chemistry; China Studies; Civil Engineering;Computer Science and Software Engineering; Education; Electrical and Electronic Engineering; English, Culture and Communication; Environmental Science; Industrial Design; International Relations; Mathematical Sciences; Public Health; Urban Planning and Design

报名及论文概述提交截止日期：2024年12月20日

Deadline of Registration and Paper Submission:20 December 2024

学术墙报提交截止日期：2025年1月17日

Deadline of Poster Submission:17 January 2025

六、费用

本次论坛不收取会务费。 

西交利物浦大学将为西安交通大学参会学生提供住宿（不超过四晚）。 

西安交通大学研究生院将为本校参会学生报销西安-苏州往返高铁（二等座）费用。

FEES AND EXPENSES

There is no registration fee. 

PhD students from Xi’an Jiaotong University who are selected to join the symposium but not based at Suzhou will be provided accommodation for no more than four nights. 

Xi’an Jiaotong University will reimburse the expenses of round-trip train tickets (second-class) from Xi’an to Suzhou for its attending students.
